We want you to love your new piece as much as we loved making it. If it’s not quite right for your space, you have **30 days** to send it back to us for a full refund.
Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Since our items are fragile, please pack them with the same care we used to send them to you.
if it arrives broken
We pack our vessels to survive a long journey, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to support@sownote.com within 48 hours. We will send a replacement out immediately at no cost to you.
care & maintenance
Our pieces are made from living materials like walnut and artisan concrete. Like a good home, they need a little love once a year to stay beautiful.
Our wood elements love to be hydrated. Once a year, or whenever the wood looks "thirsty," wipe it down with a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax. This keeps the grain deep and prevents any cracking.
Concrete is naturally porous. We seal every piece before it leaves us, but we recommend a quick refresh once a year with a standard stone sealer. This keeps your vessel "waterproof" and protects it from stains.
A soft, dry cloth is all you need. Avoid "deep cleaners" or acids (like lemon or vinegar), as these can eat away at the natural finishes of both wood and stone.

Custom-made signage and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged.
